TASK Property Services was built on a foundation of experience, dedication, and family values. Founded by Angel and Kesha Diaz, the name TASK is an acronym created from the first names of both founders and their children, a personal reminder that every project is approached with pride, care, and commitment.
Angel brings nearly 15 years of business, marketing, and operational leadership, along with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish. He thrives on delivering results in the field, ensuring every property is handled with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Kesha brings a strong background in construction, new home construction site development, and landscaping, supported by dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance and 10 years of experience in those fields. Her expertise in accounting, operations, and project management ensures the administrative and client-facing side of the business runs seamlessly. She also draws on over 5 years of real estate industry experience, adding valuable insight into property markets and client needs.
Together, they form a trusted, well-rounded team, splitting duties between field operations and administrative management, while stepping in for one another whenever needed. Their shared values of trust, quality, and exceptional service drive them to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships with clients.
