  • We strive to provide high-quality work; however, we make no guarantees or warranties beyond those required by law.

  • We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
     

5. Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TASK Property Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
